PROCESS SERVICE

Standard Service

First attempts typically begin within 2–3 business days after your documents are received. Anticipate 2–3 attempts each week until your documents are delivered or diligence requirements are met.

Rush Service

If we receive your documents before 1:00 PM, the first attempt will begin the next business day, with daily follow-up attempts until your documents are delivered or diligence requirements are met.

Return of Service and Declaration

Once the party is successfully served, a Return of Service will be provided and e-filed with the Court in your case. When appropriate, PrimeServe provide a signed Declaration to support your motion for alternative service.

Pricing

Standard Service: $85+ per address, per party. Includes attempts until documents are delivered or diligence requirements are met.

Rush Service: +$65 per address, per party. Includes attempts until documents are delivered or diligence requirements are met.

Alternative Service (post, mail): $15 per address, per party. Mailing costs not included.

Printing: For each order, the first 100 pages of your documents will be printed at no cost. Any additional pages beyond the initial 100 will incur a charge of $0.15 per page.

Notarization (Optional): $15 per document, if the customer requires a notarized return of service or affidavit.

All fees are due upfront before the first attempt is scheduled.

Additional Service

For certain Texas courts, a request may be prepared and filed for alternative service for an additional fee.

PrimeServe serves Sugar Land, Stafford, Missouri City, Fresno, Pearland, Manvel, Alvin and southwest Harris County.

E-FILING SERVICE

PrimeServe e-files documents with all Texas courts that accept electronic filings.

Before your documents are submitted on your behalf, a client authorization must be signed.

E-Filing service fee is $20 per envelope, due upfront, and does not include any fees charged by the State, the court or the e-filing system.
